Home base — same-day slots most weekdays. Walk-up realities go on the sheet: stair turns and landings decide the panel count as often as the opening does.
Queens
LIC to Jamaica, full residential + commercial. Service-elevator dimensions and access notes ride along with the survey, so a big panel never surprises the installer.
Bronx
Commercial fit-outs and multi-unit portfolios — loading dock, hoist and elevator constraints flagged before the glass is ordered.

How dispatch runs
Glass surveys are routed in borough batches: a Manhattan morning of tower jobs where the freight elevator sets the schedule, a Brooklyn afternoon of walk-ups where the stairs do. Send the panel scope and the address, and dispatch slots the visit where access already exists — COI issued, tenant window confirmed — instead of burning a trip on a door nobody can open. Files go out 24–48 hours after the visit no matter which borough the opening is in.
